Période : Première moitié du 19ème siècle. Mesures : Hauteur : 4 cm. Encrier indien de la première moitié du 19ème siècle. C’est un encrier ancien, peut-être d’Inde, compte tenu de sa forme et de son style. Il a quatre ornements de forme triangulaire sur les côtés, chacun ayant une perforation. Il y a deux rainures peu profondes au sommet. L’exécution du puits d’encre est de haute qualité, mais les quatre boss sont mal exécutés, dans la mesure où dans l’un d’eux la perforation est aveugle. Le bac à encre a une belle patine, et à l’intérieur il y a des traces de diverses encres qui ont été utilisées. Il est possible qu’il avait à l’origine un couvercle. Aucune marque distinctive ou contraste n’a été trouvé qui pourrait fournir des informations sur l’endroit où il a été fabriqué, les détails du fabricant ou toute autre information.
